Jesus is all we will ever need. I pray that you remember that by God's Grace with the Blood of the Lamb (Jesus), He has saved you from your sins. We will never be free from sin, and we as humans are short of glory, born into a fallen world, we cannot become sinless because we are not perfect like Jesus. This is the grace and unconditional love that God has for us, for Jesus to come and to die for every wrong we do every day. Can we ever pay each one back by just good works? Not possible! That is why God has given grace through the Cross that whoever believes is saved.
"Formerly, when you did not know God, you were enslaved to those that by nature are not gods." Galatians 4:8
"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” Mark 10:45
Yes as christians, we must preach the Good News of Jesus of the Gospel, and life is a journey of struggle to learning love to love God, and those around us. But what is beautiful is that Jesus died for us because we are sinful people. He carried the sins on His shoulders-all sin from past, present and future. Sins of the World. We do not need to earn salvation by becoming completely righteous (which is impossibe), or else what is Jesus for?!
"I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing" Galatians 2:21
I hope if you find time on your missionary in Manchester, that you read Psalm 139- God knows us so intimately.

Thank you for reading my blog and for sharing what you believe. As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, one of our basic beliefs is that we believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel. I know Jesus Christ is the Son of God and our Redeemer. His life is the news that we can become free from effects of sin and receive strength beyond our own.
